Purple Peacock Pole Beans
Purple Peacock pole bean seeds produce beautiful plants tall with dark purple pods, twining stems, light purple flowers. This beautiful variety is a very eye catching and grows to 2 m (6″) tall. These are the first beans to flower and set fruit, and the plants handle cool conditions well. Purple pods to 13 cm (5″) long keep their flavor and tenderness long after they are picked, and turn green when cooked. The plants are extremely productive, and the pods just keep coming as long as they are picked. Seeds are beige.
Matures in 70 days. (Open pollinated seeds)
