Organic Bride Eggplant seeds
The slender white fruits take on a faint pink blush and grow to 20cm (8”) long. The plants are sturdy and upright, and produce high yields of fruits that appear in clusters of two to three at a time. , the tender, tasty fruits just kept coming, from July into September. Start eggplant seeds indoors in late March or early April, and transplant outdoors in June, once the soil is warmer. Eggplants love heat, and will perform better in a greenhouse setting. We grew this one outdoors and it was amazing. Bride is tolerant of bacterial wilt.
Matures in 58 days. (Open-pollinated seeds).
