One of the hardiest wine grapes.
Exhibits good resistance to downy and powdery mildews. Ripens mid season.
Fruits are small blue-black in color forming large clusters of berries. Though not suitable as a table grape, but is a great choice for red wine. Grapes have great cold hardiness, ripening late into fall. The vines produce loose clusters of dark, highly acidic, high sugar grape and is extremely cold hardy (below -30C), resistant to downy mildew, and resistant to powdery mildew and botrytis. Produce a mild grape flavor of dry red wines
