Toma Verde tomatillos are harvested green, and the sweet sour flavour is perfect for making salsa verde. When ripe, the texture is good fresh or cooked.

Fruits are tart when enjoyed fresh, and turn sweet when roasted. plant works great in 5 gallon (or larger) , but it forms a large, somewhat sprawling bush so it will need some means of support like a tomato cage.
