50 days Thick, elongated, green leaves grow on long, thick, pale white stalks amd have a mild, sweet flavour welcome in salads and excellent in stir-fries. Thin to 30cm (1'). This pac choi may be grown from early spring to late fall. This variety forms nice, compact urn-shaped heads with broad leaves.
