55-60 days. White Vienna Kohlrabi is a common variety with light green skin, smooth flattened shaped bulbs with a white flesh.Best harvested at 2 to 2.5 inches in diameter. Great sweet tasting good for salads,snacking raw with a dip or cooked in a stir fry. This variety also mature 5- 10 days earlier than the purple variety.
