OP,85-90 days. Vine. These HEIRLOOM big,firm tomatoes are almost 15 cm (6") long on a vine. Meaty with very little juice and few seeds,they are ideal for sauces and tomato paste. Their flavor imparts rich tomato sweetness to cooking but they are low in acid so add lemon juice to bring down the PH in foods to be canned. Since they are vines they do not ripen all at once so plant several and stagger your sauce making.
