For orders placed for shipment outside of North America, International customers will be responsible for their own customs clearance, and compliance with local import restrictions and legislation. Greenlane Gardens does not supply or prepare phytosanitary import documents for our shipments.

Condition of Seed
We go to significant lengths to ensure that our seed is of the highest quality and we guarantee all our seed. Should by any chance, however, you experience a problem, please send the seed package back to us with an explanatory note, and we will gladly replace the seed if possible, or substitute another variety. As is customary in the seed trade, our warranty is limited to the price of the seed package, and not to any resulting crop. We do not knowingly sell any genetically-modified seed (GMO).

Terms and Conditions
Due to the variables in seed starting methods and climate we are unable to replace or refund seeds.
If you are having germination issues, please feel free to contact us for some trouble shooting. Proper seed germination depends on many factors, including: planting depth, soil type, sun/shade exposure, watering, temperature, and other factors beyond my control. The buyer/grower is responsible to plant seeds in the proper conditions. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. We are in no way responsible for crop failures, insects, disease, floods, drought, terrorism and acts of God. The seeds I sell are the same organic non certified seeds I use on my farm and have been tested for germination % and seed quality.
As per shipping conventions, you are the importer and are responsible for complying with your country's regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that these seeds can be imported without a phytosanitary certificate or an import permit. If your country requires an import permit, and you purchase this item despite not having an import permit, we will not refund or reship any orders that are confiscated or destroyed by customs. Buyer Pays shipping on returned product. Refund issued only after I receive item.Failure to pick up a tracked package I send you and it returns to me you will be charged for shipping cost both ways when your refund is issued.
International Orders We ship seeds overseas, but no longer issue Phytosanitary Permits. If your country requires a Phytosanitary permit for your order, we will not be able to provide this. Countries generally allow small packets of seed into the country without a Phytosanitary Permit, but others like Italy and sometimes Germany do not even allow this. If your order is stopped, detained, or destroyed by the customs of your country, the loss is yours, as we cannot control what the ocials in your country will do. Even if the seeds are returned to us, they are usually unable to resell due to damage at customs, and we cannot offer you a refund.
Greenlane Gardens reserves the right to adjust or remove items from your order that may have a pricing error,and a correction will be replaced on your invoice.
We also reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
If a item photo appears different than description in color, shape and size this is to represent the kind only not any specific item Greenlane Gardens will not be liable for any non-germination issues, reduced performance when growing or harvesting crops harvest, any crop damage, or any costs of growing and planting, any third party loss, any consequential loss (including loss of profits), loss of business opportunity, or any incidental, indirect losses or special damages of any kind arising from purchase or use of its seeds. The liability of Greenlane Gardens for any loss or damage arising out of the purchase or use of its seeds or other products, including loss or damage,ordered wrong item,or negligence will be limited to replacement of the item or return of the purchase price. All returns will be inspected for damage before any refunds or replacement pack can be processed with a possible 10 business day delay.
